The small South African based platinum miner SLP.L looks highly probably to break upwards soon. The share is undervalued on VectorVest and is set to grow earnings per share (EPS) strongly over the next year. EPS has been moving upwards linearly over the past three years and that’s the engine that is driving the share price.
The share fell to long term support during the sell off during February and March 2020 and has moved upwards strongly since that period. Recently, the share has broken out of and tested a symmetrical triangular formation. During the breakout, the price charted an outside day bar pattern which is bullish.
A breakout above 50P on good volume can precede a move towards the VectorVest valuation of 90p.
The technical and fundamental position of the share and the suggested entry points and targets are reviewed in detail in the attached video.
